Firm, slightly developed, dried-vegetable to tobacco and earthy-mineral aroma with black berry aromas, a little cedary woody notes, hints of soup herbs, a little pepper and black olives. Clear, ripe, again slightly developed, quite juicy fruit, tobacco, earthy and woody flavours, crumbly-sandy tannin, good persistence, lots of power, a little bacon and hints of liquorice in the background, some alcohol warmth, soup herbs and tobacco, very good, rather warm, quite grippy finish
