Herbaceous-vegetable and somewhat yeasty citrus scent with pome fruit notes and a hint of smoke. Clear, somewhat sweet, finely juicy, youthful fruit, yeasty, planty and again delicately smoky tones, medium-fine, harmonious mousseux, certain persistence, ethereal traces in the background, floral nuances, delicate touch, good to very good, again sweetish finish with a certain spiciness
