2019 Barolo DOCG Cannubi, Piedmont, Italy

Firm, delicately underwoody and tobaccoy, finely spicy aroma of more red than black berries with dried floral nuances, a hint of dried meat as well as floral, nutty and tarry nuances. Again tightly knit, tangy fruit with smoky notes, dried vegetal aromas, some hazelnut and tar, present, yet fine tannin, some bite, good substance and persistence, restrained power, in the background salt, a little herbs, ripe, sweet tomatoes, still little developed, very good, tangy, mineral and finely vegetal finish.
