Light toasted notes and a hint of tobacco on the nose, red and a few black berries, some dried flowers, cedary traces, hint of licorice. Ripe, fairly cool, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, toasted nutty oak, fine sandy tannins, persistent,, grippy, elegant acid bite, lively, smoky traces, hint of tobacco, very good elegant, juicy finish. Holding up very well.

Editor note: Firm, fairly cool nose, preserved mixed berries and cherries, herbaceous and mineral notes. Polished, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, delicate spicy, some chocolate, preserved mixed berries, persistent, fine tannins evenly distributed, quite firm, some depth, very good finish.
