Somewhat tart aroma of mixed berries with leathery and undergrowth notes, certain barrel notes and a hint of dried flowers. Quite taut, tart, juicy fruit with present, fine sandy tannins and some bite, nutty, slightly tobacco and barrel-woody notes on the palate, a hint of cocoa and coffee grounds, good persistence, good to very good finish with rather cool juice and a noticeable tannic grip.

Best to drink: Ende 2024 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
