2007 Côtes de Saint-Mont AOVDQS Les Vignes Retrouvées®, South-west France, France

Pomaceous fruit and a hint of stone fruit on the nose, light burnt yeasty notes and some tobacco. More prominent burnt and yeasty notes on the palate, totally dry, vegetal notes, prominent acidity, slightly rough. slightly bitter on an otherwise attractive finish.
