Somewhat floral and delicately herbal, also a little smoky and quite clearly vegetal nose with yellow fruity notes, hints of bacon, mushrooms, moderate woody hints and floral nuances. Firmly woven, tart, juicy, still youthful fruit, a little nutty, delicately smoky and moderate, bright, a little smoky woody flavors, fine acidity, a little mushrooms, persistent, compact structure, some depth, clear, tart, light mineral hints, restrained power, has melting, but also bite and grip, very good, firm finish with salt and tart-nutty wood
