2018 Lazio IGT Cabernet Sauvignon "Ars Magna", Latium, Italy

Quite firm, slightly dried-vegetable to tobacco aroma of black berries with peppery and minty nuances as well as a little dried mushrooms and restrained wood spice. Ripe, somewhat warm fruit with smoky and toasty wood notes, a hint of soot and nutty tones, fine sandy tannin, still drying a bit, certain power, lasting, hints of juniper in the background, some tobacco and mint, very good finish with slightly warm fruit and again some smoky wood.
