2016 Lazio IGT Cabernet Sauvignon "Ars Magna", Latium, Italy

Firm, slightly tobacco and cedar, also a little nutty-woody aroma of ripe black berries with a hint of venison and juniper, a little smoke, tar and minty-ethereal traces. Firmly knit, tangy dark fruit, a little chocolate and liquorice, hints of juniper, present, youthful, ripe tannin, persistent on the palate, some depth, fine ethereal notes in the background, a hint of meat, has freshness and fine bite, still young, relatively elegant style, very good finish with tart juice and spice.
