Firm, a hint of developed, fleshy, slightly iodine and smoky scent of blackcurrants with tobacco and a little cedar wood aromas. Ripe, rather juicy, somewhat warm fruit, smoky, nutty and toasty wood aromas, also a little cedar, a hint of cocoa and dried floral nuances on the palate, persistent, good depth, very ripe, crumbly but also backbone giving tannin, nutty tones, a little spicy, good depth, a hint of coffee in the background, very good, quite firm, juicy and spicy finish with a hint of salt
