Translate to English Rauchiger, speckiger und jodiger Duft nach reifen schwarzen Beeren und geschmortem rotem Paprika mit zedrigen, tabakigen, getrocknet-kräuterigen und gewürzigen Aromen. Sehr reife, teils eingemacht wirkende Frucht mit rauchig-röstiger Holzwürze, pfeffrigen Noten und ein wenig Trockenkräutern, dicht und nachhaltig am Gaumen, mürb-sandiges Tannin, merkliche Alkoholwärme, viel Kraft, kompottige Töne, sehr guter, gewürziger und wieder alkoholstarker Abgang mit sehr reifem, teils eingemacht wirkendem Saft.
