Translate to English Fester, herber, ganz typischer Duft nach teils geröstetem rotem Paprika und schwarzen Johannisbeeren mit jodig-fleischigen, ein wenig getrocknet-floralen und -kräuterigen sowie leicht pfeffrigen Aromen. Reife, fest gewirkte, saftige Frucht mit pfeffrig-gewürzigen Aromen, wieder geröstetem Paprika und auch getrockneten Tomaten, etwas jodig-fleischigen Tönen und dazu ein wenig Paprikapulver, Kakao und Kaffee im Hintergrund, süßlicher Schmelz und Griff von reifem, mürb-sandigem Gerbstoff, röstige und rauchige Anklänge, gewisse Alkoholwärme, aber auch kühlende ätherische Nuancen, sehr guter, fester, fester, recht komplexer, saftiger und schmelziger Abgang.
