2022 Klingelberger Spätlese trocken "1782", Baden, Germany

Reductive, emphatically smoky and also cabbage-vegetable nose with nutty, yellow-fruity and herbaceous tones. Relatively slender fruit with tart vegetal, nutty and smoky tones, again a little cabbage on the palate, slightly muted, a hint of dark berries in the background, mineral hints, some warmth and sweetish melting, gains juiciness and grip with air, very delicate sweetness, tart minerality, good to very good, increasingly juicy finish with a little bitterness reminiscent of pencil.
