Cool, yeasty and slightly mushroomy nose with restrained yellow fruity, somewhat vegetal, floral and hints of buttery aromas. Delicately sweet, nutty fruit, vegetal and yeasty tones, some mushrooms on the palate, a hint of bacon, relatively fine perlage, some grip, delicate bitterness in the background, good finish with dried herbal nuances.
