Yeasty, slightly herbaceous and nutty aroma of pome fruits and red berries with citrus notes and chanterelles. Ripe, quite juicy, not quite dry fruit, yeasty and nutty aromas, hints of spice on the palate, moderate, fine perlage, some persistence, creamy traces, some grip, hints of salt, delicately smoky, good to very good finish with tones reminiscent of nut butter.
