Fairly mature nose, dried floral notes and some leaves, partly dried red and black fruit, some sour cherries and nuts, touch of muscat. Again fairly mature on the palate, sweet fruit, nutty old oak, slightly sandy tannins, medium body and persistence, some black tea, light spicy notes, hint of tobacco, nutty traces, some coffee grinds, slightly noticeable warm alcohol on a good to very good finish.
