Cool, clearly yeasty and finely vegetal citrus nose with some pomaceous fruit, mussel shells and floral nuances. Clear, tart, finely juicy, rather cool fruit, quite firm, nutty, yeasty and smoky tones, also herbs and a hint of pepper on the palate, persistent, fine mousseux, has grip, but also a certain creaminess, certain depth, very good, again firm finish with animating, tart juice and fresh herbal notes.
