Cool, herbal and yeasty scent with citrus notes and a little green apple. Tart, slender, fine-juicy, yet bone-dry, bright fruit, yeasty and clearly herbal to planty notes, quite lively, medium-fine mousseux, still very slightly rough on the palate, cool style, chalky tones, very good, tart finish with bite and floral nuances.
