2006 Salice Salentino DOC, Apulia, Italy

Cool nose with preserved black berries and cherries, buttery notes. Elegant and juicy on the palate, light herbs and spices, restrained roasted notes and some licorice, fine mature tannins, good persistence, very creamy, good finish.
