Nutty and a hint of smoky pomaceous fruit aroma with red berry notes, a hint of bacon and root vegetables as well as hints of café au lait. Ripe, melting, sweetish fruit, very fine acidity, delicate grip, vegetal notes, a hint of pepper, butter and again milk coffee, smoky traces, certain persistence, in the background, chalky-salty nuances, warm and cool elements, red berry nuances, good to very good finish.
