Eher herbe Frucht, deutlich pflanzlich, wieder etwas erdig und zart hefig, präsente Säure, etwas Kohlensäure und rauer Gerbstoff, etwas Nachhaltigkeit, nicht allzu tief, herber, ein wenig antrocknender Gerbstoff.
