Translate to English Herbe, deutlich pflanzliche bis kräuterige Nase mit gelbfruchtigen Aromen, ein wenig Wurzelgemüse, Pfeffer und erdiger Mineralik. Fest gewirkte, herbe, vollkommen trockene Frucht, betont pflanzliche und erdige bis mineralische Töne, lebendige Säure und leicht sandiger Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, viel Biss und Griff, nussige und tabakige Spuren, kompromisslos trocken auch im guten bis sehr guten Abgang.
