A slightly cooked, nutty, vegetal to herbaceous and fleshy-animal nose of dark berries with a hint of sour cherries, tomatoes, bacon and pepper. Warm, dark fruit with bitter-chocolatey wood flavours, present, slightly drying tannins, some acid bite, certain persistence, coffee and tobacco in the background, a hint of Brazil nut in the good to very good, again slightly drying finish.
