Cool, yeasty, somewhat herbal and lightly bready citrus nose with core fruit notes and floral hints. Tender fruit with a lot of yeast, yellow spice, bready notes, and almost sweet melt, medium-fine perlage, noticeable grip, melon hints, good finish.
