Nutty and finely vegetal nose, slightly reminiscent of root vegetables, with restrained yellow-fruity aromas and herbaceous and floral traces. Quite polished, cool, finely juicy fruit, yeasty and fine vegetal flavours, somewhat nutty on the palate, delicate red berry, very fine acidity, good persistence, still young, moderate mellowness, distinct minerality, with a hint of lemon butter, completely dry style, very good, firm, finely juicy finish, again with yeasty, vegetal and nutty tones as well as a hint of smoke.
