Somewhat smoky and clearly nutty aroma with aromas of root vegetables and ripe yellow fruits, floral nuances and a hint of mushrooms. Ripe, melting fruit with vegetal, nutty-woody and buttery tones, fine acidity, a little yellow spice, a hint of protein and mushrooms again in the background, relatively soft finish.
