2021 Weißburgunder Landwein trocken "[k]", Pfalz, Germany

Nutty and moderately woody nose, partly candied citrus fruit and some pomaceous fruit with mushrooms, relatively fine green-vegetable aromas and, above all, a hint of dark berries with aeration. Cool, very dry, quite noble fruit, fresh vegetal and light nutty tones, yeasty traces, light lemony notes on the palate, hints of smoke and wax, again a hint of mushrooms, quite lively acidity, intense, downright gripping, light minerality, very good, firm, juicy and mineral finish with fine spice and tension. Becomes even firmer and deeper with air.
