Tart, herbal and distinctly yeasty aroma with pome fruit and citrus flavours, some smoke, woody tones and distinctly nutty aromas. Ripe, quite juicy, tart, slightly warm fruit, very fine, lively acidity, again smoky, somewhat woody and nutty aromas, moderate grip, good substance and persistence, bacony nuances, a hint of tobacco, still gaining tension with air, certain minerality, very good finish with ripe juice and spice.
