2020 Brut Nature Rosé, Pfalz, Germany

Nutty and yeasty aroma of pomaceous fruit and red berries with vegetal nuances, some mushrooms, dried flowers and bready nuances. Tart, nutty fruit, yeasty spice, a hint of smoke and tobacco, fine mousseux, good persistence, delicate grip, again bread-like hints on the palate, has substance, very good finish with tart juice and spice.
