Quite firm, somewhat nutty and yeasty, herbal and slightly mushroomy aroma of yellow fruits with a hint of red berries and nuances reminiscent of marzipan. Polished, completely dry fruit with a noticeable acid bite, fine perlage, has some grip and persistence, red currants in the background, salty minerality, hints of wax, very good finish with bite.
