A somewhat smokier, nuttier, and subtly yeasty aroma with rather bright yellow fruit notes as well as hints of herbs and bacon. Bitter, finely juicy, restrained fruit, nutty, smoky, herbal, and yeasty aromas, a bit of a grip from soft tannins, fine acidity, a certain sustainability, delicate tobacco and ashy nuances, a bit of melt, good to very good finish.
