Lightly smoky-bacon-like, somewhat vegetable to herbal, nutty and hinted mushroom nose of yellow fruits with nuances reminiscent of marinated chicken meat. Straightforward, not quite dry fruit with delicate melt and a hint of exoticism, quite lively acidity, light tannin grip, certain sustainability, salty and chalky tones, smoky-almost tonal hints, good to very good finish with a trace of healing herbs.
