Delicately yeasty, somewhat nutty and a little dried-vegetable aroma with pome fruit notes, floral traces and a hint of dark berries. Dry, tart-spicy, partly dark fruit, some grip and relatively fine mousseux, some persistence, fine marbling acidity, delicately creamy and warmth on the palate, very good finish.
