2021 Lauffen Katzenbeisser Samtrot trocken "Poet Wilhelm Hauff", Württemberg, Germany

Herbaceous, somewhat vegetal to dried-herb and nutty aroma of more dark than red berries with a hint of dried meat and Amarena cherries. Ripe fruit with slightly waxy and dried-floral notes, somewhat nutty and sooty wood spice, dusty, slightly drying tannin, hinted cocoa and ash, good finish.
