Somewhat tart vegetal to herbaceous, slightly bacony and hint of mushroom on the nose, yellow fruit with white and green berries. Clear, juicy fruit with delicate sweetness and slightly light wood flavours, lively, yet fine acidity, has some grip and persistence, chalky minerality, light citrus zest bitterness in the background, hints of cream and red berries, very good finish with grip.
