Somewhat ethereal, herbal, nutty and hints of bacon on the nose, mixed berries and a little cherry with a hint of leather. Slender, finely juicy fruit with slightly roasted and bitter chocolate wood flavours, fine sandy, still youthful tannins, coffee and tar in the background, certain persistence, salty tones, good to very good finish with quite animating, fresh juice.
