2018 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Cabernet Sauvignon Riserva "Sass Roà", Alto Adige, Italy

Tart, somewhat smoky and dried herbal aroma of partly dried, very ripe black berries with leathery aromas, some plums and tobacco and nutty wood. Ripe, partly boiled down, warm black fruit with chocolaty wood spice, crumbly-sandy tannins, some coffee and nutty tones, also slightly milky hints, dark caramel, a lot of power and alcohol, some flowing contours, juniper-ethereal notes, a hint of burnt paprika, alcohol-powerful, again compote finish with a lot of slightly bitter wood.
