Clear, firm, tart aroma of ripe black berries with a little cherry, hints of liquorice, smoke and minty ethereal nuances. Tart, juicy fruit with smoky, minty and peppery aromas, cocoa-spicy wood notes and a little coffee, persistent and powerful on the palate, cooling flavours reminiscent of ice cream confectionery, bitter-smoky tones, very good, tart, a little drying finish with noticeable alcohol.
