Quite cool, somewhat planty to herbaceous, nutty and hinted at spicy scent of ripe yellow fruits with a hint of meadow flowers and sage. Polished, relatively firm fruit with delicate melting and a hint of rock candy, lively acidity, has some grip and good persistence, hints of fresh butter, Brazil nut and yellow spice, earthy and salty tones, good to very good, somewhat soft finish with slightly herbal and smoky flavours.
