Cool and tart, yeasty and nutty bouquet with asparagus notes, restrained red berry tones, stone fruit, a little mushroom and a hint of tobacco. Clear, polished, not completely dry fruit with nutty, yeasty and slightly vegetal aromas, a hint of smoke and cauliflower, very fine perlage, some bite and grip, peppery nuances, good persistence, floral traces, very good finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2025+. What our ratings mean
