Clear, quite firm pome fruit nose with nutty aromas, some minerality and fine floral and herbaceous-vegetable tones. Quite firm, youthful, juicy fruit with fine, polished acidity and delicate grip, quite dense and persistent on the palate, herbaceous flavours, hints of smoke and some yellow spice, restrained power, bacony nuances, clear, salty-stony minerality, a little nut butter in the background, good depth, still young, very good, firm finish.
