Firm, nutty and delicately smoky, also somewhat dried-vegetable and a hint of tobacco on the nose, with yellow-fruity aromas and moderate oak notes. Tart, firm, slightly warm fruit with dried vegetal and hints of peppery spice, smoky oak notes, fine acidity and some grip, persistent on the palate, restrained power, light minerality in the background, restrained gooseberries, lemon fillets and a hint of butter, some depth, very good, quite juicy finish with moderate smoky spice.
