Relatively tart, firm, herbal-vegetable nose with white and yellow fruity aromas, a little elderflower and fennel. Tight, tangy fruit with lots of herbal spice, again reminiscent of fennel, lively acidity, elderberry tones in the background, clear minerality, restrained power, some depth, some warmth and melting in the background, red and black berry nuances, a little mountain blossom, very good, juicy and mineral finish with herbal notes, juniper and elderberry.
