2011 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Pinot Bianco Riserva Vorberg, Alto Adige, Italy

Firm, somewhat developed, nutty and slightly caramelly scent of ripe yellow fruits with floral and herbal-vegetable traces, some smoke and tobacco. Ripe, tightly knit, juicy fruit, nutty and slightly smoky tones, some yellow spice and again a hint of buttery caramel, persistent, dense and powerful, good depth, quite complex, distinct, tart minerality, fine grip and bite, excellent balance, still has some freshness, very good, tight, juicy, spicy and mineral finish. In very convincing condition, once again quite a bit better than in its youth.

Darf reifen.
