Firm, cool, a little nutty, floral and herbaceous citrus pome fruit nose with a touch of peach, some yellow spice, herbaceous aromas and exotic traces. Ripe, firm, juicy, noble fruit, herbal, spicy, nutty and somewhat yeasty aromas, very fine, lively acidity, handle of ripe tannin, has power and substance, but also incredible freshness, clear minerality, delicate wood aromas, deep and multi-layered, long, again firm and complex, juicy, handy, mineral and finely spiced finish with cooling ethereal nuances.
