Fairly cool, fresh nose, citrus and pomaceous fruit aromas, herbaceous and vegetal notes, nutty and floral traces. Ripe, fairly juicy light fruit on the palate, yeasty and buttery traces, light nutty oak, hint of bacon, persistent and full.bodied, chalky and salty mineral traces in the background, very elegant acidity, light grip, good depth and substance, still undeveloped, very good, firm, fairly juicy, mineral finish.
