2016 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Weißburgunder Schulthauser, Alto Adige, Italy

Prominent vegetal, light earthy and delicate floral notes on the nose, citrus and pomaceous fruit. Straightforward, restrained fruit on the palate, vegetal earthy, delicate nutty and yeasty notes, lively acidity, slightly muted, some green bell peppers, sligtly salty mineral notes in the background, still largely undeveloped, some grip, light floral traces, good to very good finish. Needs some time to mature.
