Light vegetal, herbaceous, yeasty and earthy notes on the nose, restrained yellow fruit, whiff of mountain flowers, cool mineral traces. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy, delicately sweetish fruit on the palate, yeasty, herbaceous and floral aromas, restrained integrated tannins, good persistence, hint of dark berries, very elegant, lively acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, fairly prominent mineral notes, very good elegant, juicy, slightly sweetish finish.
