2016 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Pinot Bianco Sanct Valentin, Alto Adige, Italy

Nutty and light vegetal notes o9n the nose, ripe yellow fruit, buttery notes, light yellow spice, very light mineral notes. Ripe, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, light nutty notes and some yellow spice, delicate smoky oak, elegant acidity, persistent, good substance, fresh butter in the background, chalky and salty mineral notes, full-bodied, but also lively, some sugar candy, peppery traces on a very good, juicy, gripping, nutty, spicy finish.
