2015 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Pinot Grigio Anger, Alto Adige, Italy

Clear, tart, surprisingly cool nose, dried vegetal and herbaceous notes,some tobacco, restrained yellow fruit, some root vegetables, earthy and mineral notes. Ripe, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, herbaceous notes, light floral anddelicate nutty traces, lively acidity, delicate touch of carbon dioxide, good substance and persistence, the high alcohol is quite well integrated, some white pepper in the background, some dark spicy notes, fairly prominent mineral notes, slightly warm on a very good finish.
